Tracy Gray

Tracy Gray joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2021 and serves as Principal for the Fort Worth Retail division. Tracy is responsible for the launch and expansion of HLC’s retail presence through project leasing, tenant representation, and investments sales specializing in clients with retail assets.

Prior to joining HLC, Tracy was a Vice-President and Market Leader at Vision Commercial where he was an integral part in helping lead their expansion throughout DFW. Tracy started his career with Colonial Commercial Real Estate where he served as a top producer. Prior, he spent over a decade in the hospitality industry culminating with Le Cep restaurant, a Top 100 ranked restaurant in the U.S.

Tracy attended Washington & Jefferson College and the University of Texas Arlington where he studied political science and a minor in history.

Tracy is a Texas Real Estate Commission License Holder and active member of NTCAR and ICSC. He is also a candidate for the CCIM designation. Additionally, Tracy is highlighted in the 2021 Fort Worth Business Press Top 40 under 40. He was also awarded Top Commercial Sales Agents by Fort Worth Inc, Who’s Who of America by Marquis, and D CEO Power Broker.
