Market Associate

John Armes joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2021 and serves as a Market Associate in the Dallas Tenant Representation division. John focuses on advising clients with their corporate real estate requirements including lease renewals, relocations, expansions, dispositions, acquisitions, and providing market knowledge.

John received his BA from Baylor University and is a Texas Real Estate Commission license holder. John and his wife Mary Bryton have two kids, Eddison and Maxwell. They are active members at Watermark Community Church and are involved with organizations such as Abel Speaks and Legacy Family Ministries.
